After the adoption of the law on microfinance organization in Georgia, in 2007 the company was registered with the National Bank of Georgia as a microfinance organization and named as Microfinance Organization Rico Express Ltd. However, today the company still applies its brand “Rico Credit” (“Rico” in Latin means “success”).
